Sleep Disorder: Symptoms
The following symptoms may indicate a sleep disorder:

  • Inability to stay awake during the day
  • Inability to fall asleep or stay asleep at night
  • Sleepiness at inappropriate times during the day
  • Prominent snoring
  • Gasping or choking during sleep
  • Restless, uncomfortable legs in the evening or at night
  • Irritability/depression
  • Sexual dysfunction
  • Unusual events occurring during sleep (e.g., sleep walking, sleep talking and nightmares)
