NeuroHealth Research
Margaret Lannon RN, MS, Director of Clinical Research at NeuroHealth, has been coordinating research studies and clinical trials since 1979. In addition to guiding the continuing efforts of the clinical research team in movement disorders, Meg is responsible for facilitating the growth of clinical research in the areas of headache, Multiple Sclerosis and pain management.

She is actively engaged in procuring researchers in allied disciplines to collaborate with the personnel and facilities of NeuroHealth on various research initiatives.

NeuroHealth is one of 85 Parkinson Study Group (PSG) sites located throughout the United States and Canada and one of only 62 Huntington Study Group (HSG) sites located throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. Research is conducted at all of these sites in an effort to find new treatments (e.g., medications, surgical procedures) for PD and HD, as well as new ways to diagnose these diseases and related neurological disorders. NeuroHealth is pleased to be a participating PSG and HSG site.

Principals of the NeuroHealth Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders clinic have participated in numerous Phase I, II, III and IV clinical trials for movement disorders over the last 25+ years. Their achievements in this area are well documented and have contributed to the strides made in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of neurological disorders.
