[rehab photo]NeuroHealth Rehabilitation Center. Whether you suffer from a chronic degenerative disease like MS, a neuromuscular disorder like carpal tunnel syndrome, or you’ve survived a vascular event like stroke or TIA, your doctor may recommend any number of rehabilitative therapies and treatments to help reduce pain, build strength, and improve your overall quality of life.

The NeuroHealth Rehabilitation Center offers specialized Physical and Occupational Therapy for rehabilitative care to help you recover physical and cognitive skills to your fullest potential.

Our individualized approach is unique for each patient. We begin with an in-depth one-hour evaluation session to determine the nature of your symptoms and discuss your objectives. This one-on-one session will help us determine your current skill level and create your treatment plan.

Each patient under our care receives a completely customized treatment plan, tailored to his or her individual recovery needs. Treatment Plans generally encompass a regimen of follow-up therapy sessions with our professionals as well as a customized home exercise program to treat your injury.

On-site treatments may include: moist heat, ultrasound, electrical stimulation or cold packs. Additionally, our newly expanded facilities include a state-of-the-art gymnasium to accommodate a broad range of physical and occupational therapy needs. At NeuroHealth, our goal is to help you return to the highest level of function and independence possible, as soon as possible.
