NeuroHealth Diagnostic Testing: Evoked Potentials and Electroencephalography
These tests are used to evaluate the central nervous system by measuring brain activity.

Evoked Potentials (EP)
EP tests concentrate on the area of the brain stimulated by sight and sound and help evaluate symptoms such as dizziness, ringing in the ears, hearing loss or blurred vision. You experience no discomfort as electrodes attached to your head measure electrical activity while you listen through headphones or watch a video screen.

Electroencephalography (EEG)
EEG measures general electrical activity of the brain during the fully awake state and during drowsiness via electrodes attached to your head. There is no discomfort associated with an EEG.
